Dr. Michel Lépine

Michel Lépine is a Shaft Seals Senior Expert of Nuclear Pressurized Water Reactors and R&D engineer in Framatome.
Michel got a PhD in mechanical engineering of University of Poitiers for an experimental work on the lubrication conditions of mechanical seals.
He Joined Framatome in 1990 where he has held different positions in engineering and R&D projects.
He leads R&D projects dealing with seals operating lifetime increase, reliability, qualification of materials, behavior in accidental conditions and calculation means.
Provides expertise to customers, safety authorities, EDF and within Framatome.
